Crescent Crest Manor

Crescent Crest Manor is a beautiful subdivision located on R. L. Harris Lake locally known as Lake Wedowee. The subdivision was once lease lots owned by Alabama Power, in 2014 Alabama Power gave the residents of Crescent Crest Manor the option to purchase their lots. Crescent Crest Manor sits on the Little Tallapoosa River. There is a boat launch located at the entrance of Crescent Crest Manor. The covenants for the subdivision were put in place to preserve the values and amenities of the developed properties. The lots are for single-family residential purposes only, with no more than one single-family dwelling may be erected on each lot. No residence or house shall be less than twelve hundred (1200) square foot, excluding the porch and garage area. No building, porch, or projection shall be erected or placed nearer than fifteen (15) feet to any lot line, and below the eight hundred (800) foot contour line, known as the Scenic Easement Area. No lot or parcel may be split, divided, or subdivided for sale, resale, gift, or transfer.
